Big-Bag Filling Station

These stations are used to feed pellets, flakes or powder into Big-Bags or alternatively octabins. A level indicator guarantees that feeding is stopped automatically when the Big-Bag or octabin is full.

All Big-Bag stations are designed to suit the customer’s specific needs and they are special constructions.

Big-Bag Emptying Station

In these stations material is removed from Big-Bags and conveyed to the production line. Feeding of this station is effected by means of a fork lift or a crane which may already be available in the factory. A packing facilitates a dustless handling. In order to improve the discharge behaviour, a vibrating motor is used.
Below the Big-Bag station the material from the integrated suction pot can either be conveyed pneumatically or it can be transported via a conveying screw.
