Super PlateTM
The Super PlateTM is a special breaker plate for the effective support and drainage of the screen pack.
Super plates allow the optimisation of the free filtration area and therefore a significant increasing of the screen life.
Filter Cartridges
For the increase of the filter area at the same machine size KREYENBORG offers special filter cartridges. These filter cartridges are screwed into a special screen breaker plate an are available for all machine sizes.
Filter cartridges are especially suited for:
low viscous polymer melts
lines with high throughput capacities
The exact increase of the filter area is determinted by the machine size and the design of the filter cartridges.
