The KREYENBORG pump control PumpCon BUSINESS is able to control and regulate the gear pump as well as the single-screw extruder. The software control logic ensures a proper control and stabilization of the melt pressure. The whole unit is completely built into a control cabinet. The core of the controller is the Siemens IM151 CPU, which runs the entire automation program for the line.

The operation is performed via a Siemens graphics display control panel, and symbols are easy to understand, so no additional controls are needed. There are various operating languages available. The modular design allows for easy adjustment of the standard control, tailored to your individual needs.
