Unique event of polyester industry in Chicago United States more than successful

The POLYESTER EXTRUSION AND RECYCLING FORUM, organized by KREYENBORG Group (Muenster, Germany) which took place on 11th October 2011 in Chicago, USA, was a success across the board.

After the event successfully debuted in Newcastle, United Kingdom last year, the companies involved in the Polyester Virgin polymer and recycling segment have again joined forces to bring you a unique event designed ‘By the Industry – For the Industry’.

Key industry professionals from a broad range of businesses were invited to attend a one day conference with leading industry figures. An impressive agenda of keynote speakers presented highly interesting topics e.g. „Post Consumer Bottle Sorting“ und „Washing Facilities”.

High importance was being placed on providing ideal conditions for industry professionals to network and to 'ask the experts' for advice on a wide range of subjects relevant to extrusion processing and recycling of post consumer PET bottles.

An evening networking dinner followed the day of Keynote presentations. The event was rounded off by an open house at PTi which is a Global Leader in high performance sheet extrusion machinery. Here the visitors could form an opinion of the current developments in the industry.
